Warranty Notice
Pistols are classified as firearms and are sold by us with the specific understanding that we are not responsible in any manner what-so-ever for their safe handling. We shall not be responsible in any manner for malfunctioning of the firearm, for physical injury or for property damage resulting in whole or in part from:
- Intentional or negligent discharge
- Improper or careless handling
- Unauthorized modifications and/or alteration to the internal/safety mechanisms
- Defective, improper ammunition
- Rust or corrosion and/or lack of proper maintenance
- Other influences beyond our direct and immediate control
Under no circumstances shall Signet Arms be liable for incidental or consequential damage, such as loss of use of property, commercial loss and loss of earnings or profits.
What Is Not Covered
(A) This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- Misuse or accidents
- Failure to provide proper care or maintenance
- Failure to comply with instructions in the owner's manual
- Normal wear and tear
- Rust or corrosion
- Obstructions in the barrel
(B) This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any Signet Arms product.
(C) Any unauthorized alteration or modification of the Pistol will void this warranty. Signet Arms shall not be responsible for any claims involving this Pistol that result from the use of faulty, non-standard, remanufactured, or reloaded ammunition.
(D) In no event shall Signet Arms be liable for consequential damages.
The terms of this warranty cannot be changed except in writing by an officer of the Manufacturer. Only authorised distributors, dealers or gunsmiths are authorized to make warranty repair or adjustment on behalf of the manufacturer.
The Manufacturer and/or its Local Official Distributors assume no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the product, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective or improper ammunition, reloaded or remanufactured ammunition, customer abuse or neglect of the product, or other influences beyond manufacturer's design and immediate control.
Always ensure that the safety is fully engaged until ready to fire. A safety is fully engaged only when the safety can move no further into the safe position. A safety which is not fully engaged will not prevent weapon discharge.
ALL FIREARMS HAVE LETHAL POTENTIAL. READ THE BASIC SAFETY RULES CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE THIS FIREARM.
In addition to the Basic Safety Rules, there are other Safety Rules pertaining to the loading, unloading, disassembly, assembly and use of this firearm located throughout this manual.
READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS FIREARM. MAKE SURE THAT ANY PERSON USING OR HAVING ACCESS TO THIS FIREARM READS AND UNDERSTANDS ALL OF THIS MANUAL PRIOR TO USE OR ACCESS.
